Overview
The Associate Implementation Director supports clients using Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP, and Public Sector products. The role involves planning, implementing, and servicing Salesforce instances, facilitating integrations, building automations, directing data migration projects, and leveraging Salesforce tools.

Responsibilities
1. Client Support
-Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
-Propose innovative solutions to enhance clients’ Salesforce instances.
2. Team Management
-Supervise and support the Implementation team.
-Ensure team members meet project deadlines and promote professional growth.
3. Salesforce Development
-Implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
-Build automations and manage data migration projects.
4. Project Management
-Lead multiple projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
-Collaborate with the Implementation Director to prioritize tasks and mitigate risks.
5. Leadership
-Identify and address improvement opportunities.
-Stay updated on Salesforce trends and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree AND 3-5 years as a Salesforce admin and developer (or 5-7 years of experience).
-Certified Salesforce Admin (required), Platform Developer I (required), and II (preferred).
-Experience leading Salesforce implementation projects.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Benefits and Compensation
-Non-exempt, full-time status.
-Yearly salary: $84,000-$96,000.
-100% paid medical/vision/dental/STD insurance (primary beneficiary), with dependent coverage options.
