Senior Frontend developer

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership
-Lead the architectural design of scalable and maintainable frontend solutions.
-Define and implement architectural standards with cross-functional teams.
Team Leadership
-Mentor and guide frontend developers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
-Provide technical guidance and unblock the team.
Code Quality and Reviews
-Ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
-Conduct code reviews and enforce code coverage practices.
-Develop components with Accessibility Level AA standards.
Pull Request Management
-Establish pull request verification processes.
-Review and approve pull requests for quality and security.
Development Environment Setup
-Assist in setting up frontend development environments.
-Develop high-quality components using HTML 5.0, CSS 3, JavaScript, and Node.js.
Framework Expertise
-Demonstrate expertise in Angular, React, and Vue.js.
-Introduce new frameworks or technologies as needed.
Design Integration
-Translate design specifications from Figma into functional HTML components.
-Ensure seamless collaboration between frontend and design teams.
Component Testing and Accessibility
-Use Storybook to test components in isolation.
-Develop accessible components with high-quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Ensure seamless integration of frontend components with backend architectures.
-Collaborate effectively with backend developers, designers, and product managers.
Documentation and Best Practices
-Create clear documentation for architectural decisions and coding standards.
-Ensure team adherence to best practices.

Requirements
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
-8+ years of frontend development experience with a focus on architecture and team leadership.
-Expertise in HTML 5.0, CSS 3, JavaScript, and Node.js.
-In-depth knowledge of Angular, React, and Vue.js frameworks.
-Experience with Figma and translating designs into functional components.
-Familiarity with Storybook and web accessibility standards (Level AA).
-Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Requirements
-Proficiency in version control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket).
-Experience with CI/CD pipelines and code management.
-Knowledge of responsive design, media queries, flexbox, and grid systems.
-Experience with Sass/Less, ES6, npm/yarn, webpack, and grunt/gulp.
-Familiarity with Chrome DevTools and JavaScript testing frameworks (Jest).
-Ability to estimate development tasks accurately.
