We’re seeking a talented AI Solutions Engineer to join our team and collaborate closely with our enterprise customers to ensure their success with AirOps. In this role, you’ll co-create workflows, guide platform adoption, and play a crucial role in our customers’ and AirOps’ growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

-Availability: Minimum of 20 hours per week.

Are You the Right Fit?

-Do you have experience with automation platforms?
-Are you skilled in LLM prompt engineering for high-quality, reliable model outputs?
-Do you excel in communication and enjoy interacting with customers?
-(Bonus) Are you familiar with Python and working with APIs?

Qualifications:

-1+ year of experience in building workflows and automations using LLMs.
-Strong understanding of AI concepts and LLM prompting techniques.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
-Methodical and structured approach to problem-solving.

Day One Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with customers to understand their unique needs and objectives.
-Build custom AI workflows using AirOps Studio, our user-friendly workflow builder.
-Gather feedback and insights from customers to drive product improvements.

Ongoing Responsibilities:

-Train customers on how to use AirOps and provide continuous support.
-Develop best practices and templates for AI workflows.
-Work closely with our product and engineering teams to shape the future of AirOps.
