We’re searching for a detail-oriented Project Accountant/Billing Specialist to work remotely with our Project Managers. You’ll ensure accurate project financials by handling tasks like invoicing, cost analysis, and reports.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Craft client invoices following project contracts.pen_spark
- Manage projects in Oracle from start to finish.
- Analyze project costs and recalculate rates as needed.
- Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain meticulous financial records for assigned projects.
- Support project reviews and provide financial guidance to management.
- Act as a point of contact for client accounts receivable.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of accounting experience (prior engineering firm experience a plus).
- An Associate’s degree in Accounting or similar field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
