You’ll be responsible for:

-Developing and maintaining database-driven web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework.
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, product) to bring features to life.
-Implementing user-centric solutions that prioritize a positive customer experience.
-Writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
-Continuously learning and improving your development skills.

We’re looking for someone with:

-5+ years of web development experience.
-Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, MVC patterns, and relational databases.
-Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-A problem-solving mindset and a passion for building high-quality software.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

-GraphQL, ReactJS, and other frontend technologies.
-DevOps tools and practices (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).

A Day at Kadince:

-Start with a team meeting to discuss projects and identify potential roadblocks.
-Work on assigned tickets in Jira, prioritizing tasks and collaborating with junior developers.
-Enjoy the freedom to manage your schedule as long as you meet goals (KPIs).
-Participate in standup meetings and code reviews.
-Test and deploy new features, ensuring a smooth user experience.

-A passionate team of over 40 remote developers, designers, and product managers.
-Aaron, the tech lead, who oversees software development and loves skiing, video games, and his tiny dog.
-Bernardo, a senior developer who enjoys coding, learning new things, and spending time with family (and maybe going to space?).
