Software Engineer

Holland & Knight, a leader in legal innovation, is searching for a Software Engineer to join their Workflow Design & Automation team. You’ll collaborate with a forward-thinking team to design and build cutting-edge automation solutions for internal and external use.

You’ll be responsible for:

-Partnering with cross-functional teams to automate manual workflows and optimize business processes.
-Translating legal and business requirements into technical specifications for software development.
-Designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications on AWS and other cloud platforms.
-Integrating with third-party applications and legal tools using APIs.
-Automating data transfer using scripting languages.
-Maintaining and enhancing existing applications and workflows.
-Building new functionalities and applications as needed.

We’re looking for someone with:

-Proven experience with Python, SQL, and Bash scripting.
-Expertise in CI/CD integration and AWS development best practices.
-Understanding of serverless design concepts and experience with AWS services -(Comprehend/Transcribe/Translate, DynamoDB, Lambda functions, etc.).
-Experience with API integration and automation using scripting languages.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
