Fluxx is searching for a Senior Software Engineer to join their growing team. You’ll play a critical role in building, maintaining, and improving their cloud-based platform that streamlines the grantmaking process.

What you’ll do:
-Provide technical leadership across all phases of software development.
-Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers.
-Design, develop, and test new user-facing features.
-Refactor and improve existing parts of the platform.
-Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
You’re a great fit if you have:
-4+ years of experience building and scaling web applications (full-stack development).
-Experience with at least one of the following: Java, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Elasticsearch, React, or Redis.
-Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
-A passion for learning and mentoring others.
Bonus points for:
-Experience with large refactoring projects.
-Experience with DevOps and AWS.
