Kalderos is searching for a Software Engineer Level II to join their growing team. You’ll design, develop, and maintain software applications that empower healthcare providers to focus on patient care.

What you’ll do:

-Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features.
-Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
-Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
-Optimize and refactor existing code for performance and maintainability.
-Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
-Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on software architecture.
-Create technical designs and specifications.
-Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps).
-Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
-Stay up-to-date on the latest software development trends.
-Research and propose new technologies to improve software development.

You’re a great fit if you have:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.
-2-4 years of software development experience.
-Proficiency in at least 2 programming languages/frameworks (React, Redux, Python, .NET, Node preferred).
-Experience with version control systems (Git).
-Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
-Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
-Experience with microservices architectures and distributed systems.
-Experience with relational/NoSQL databases.
-Understanding of software testing frameworks and tools.
-Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
-Passion for technology and continuous learning.
-Experience with Agile methodologies.
-Experience applying design patterns and architectural principles.
