The Role
- Be a key player in ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition following ASC 606.
- Partner with billing, sales, and other teams to manage transactions and close the books smoothly each month.
- Analyze contracts, identify trends, and guide the product team on new item creation for proper revenue recognition.
- Become the company’s go-to expert on all things ASC 606 and revenue recognition.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 3+ years of experience in revenue accounting or a similar role.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with SaaS in a public company (a plus!).
- Experience with ASC 606, SOX controls, and GAAP is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with NetSuite and Blackline (highly desired).
- A curious mind and a great sense of humor (bonus points!).
