Sr. Software Engineer

DMI is looking for a skilled Sr. Software Engineer to join their team and contribute to a groundbreaking internal platform that streamlines AI tool creation. This is a 100% remote position with a one-year contract and potential for extension.

What You’ll Do:

-Develop web applications using cutting-edge cloud technologies (AWS).
-Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs for efficient data exchange.
-Craft user-friendly interfaces for a seamless user experience.
-Collaborate with engineers to tackle technical challenges.
-Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
-Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality.

You’re a great fit if you have:

-4+ years of software engineering experience.
-2+ years of web development experience (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks).
-Proficiency in object-oriented programming and design patterns.
-Extensive experience with React (or similar libraries like Angular, Vue.js).
-Strong Python skills for building APIs using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
-Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Node.js (or similar).
-Experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions, Azure Functions).
-Experience with Test-Driven Development and clean coding practices.
-Familiarity with automation tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
