Oddball, a small, mission-driven company, is searching for a UX Designer to join their team. In this role, you’ll be the lead UX designer for a core federal program, overseeing the entire design process from research to implementation.

You’re a great fit if you have:
-Extensive UX research experience, including conducting user interviews, creating prototypes, and iterating on designs.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-Experience working in Agile development environments.
-Ability to design solutions that are compliant with accessibility standards (508 compliance).
-US Citizenship and ability to obtain a low-level security clearance.
-Bachelor’s degree.
