RTI International, a leading research institute, is searching for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join their team. In this role, you’ll design user interfaces and craft user experiences for a variety of digital products used to improve human well-being.

You’re a great fit if you have:
-Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, or Master’s degree and 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
-A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.
-Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design.
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
-A passion for creating user-centered designs.
Bonus points for:
-Experience with accessibility guidelines and WCAG compliance.
-Experience with design thinking methodologies.
