You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing a long-term technical roadmap for the credit platform.
- Architecting, building, and maintaining complex credit decisioning systems.
- Leading and mentoring a team of talented engineers.
- Fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
The ideal candidate:
- A champion for positive change in consumer finance.
- Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams.
- Expertise in architecting and building complex systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A knack for building high-performing teams.

- Experience in the financial services industry.
Competitive salary and benefits package:
- Base salary: $200,000 – $275,000 depending on location and experience.
