Make a real impact:
- Help millions of Americans save for retirement by building the next-gen financial engine for 401(k) plans.
- Design, build, and maintain critical backend systems to process and record customer retirement contributions.
- Collaborate with domain experts to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 7+ years of experience building and maintaining large-scale backend systems.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, performance analysis, and scalable databases (SQL & NoSQL).
- A collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Enjoys tackling complex challenges and building highly scalable transaction processing systems.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience migrating legacy systems to modern, scalable technologies.
- Understanding of accounting and 401(k) retirement plans.
Competitive salary and benefits:
- Base salary $190,000 – $210,000 (depending on location).
