What You’ll Do:
- Be a key player in developing our groundbreaking AI-powered game testing tech.
- Design and build backend & frontend systems, plus craft intelligent game agents.
- Experiment with new ideas and collaborate to find the best solutions.
- Push the boundaries of AI by implementing creative approaches (think “crazy ideas” welcome!).
- Work with a variety of exciting tech, from React & Kotlin to Unity & Unreal Engine.
Who You Are:
- A coding whiz who writes clean, maintainable code and loves talking engineering.
- A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- A team player with excellent communication skills who enjoys sharing ideas.
- Have experience with AI (LLMs & RL) and a desire to push it further.
- An entrepreneurial spirit who isn’t afraid of unique challenges.
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Experience with game engines (Unity/Unreal Engine).
- Built AI agents for games before.
- Know the ins and outs of game test automation.
- Expertise in reinforcement learning (PPO, DQN, etc.).
- Up-to-date knowledge of advanced AI research & models (LangChain, ChatGPT, etc.).
Where You’ll Work:
- The choice is yours! Work fully remote or enjoy a hybrid schedule with occasional visits to our NYC office.
