Dexcom, a world leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), is searching for a talented Senior UX Designer to help them develop their next-generation CGM system. In this role, you’ll work with a collaborative team to design user-friendly and impactful products that empower people with diabetes to manage their health.
What you’ll do:
-Design intuitive experiences that transform complex medical data into actionable insights
-Collaborate with designers, researchers, and product managers to bring ideas to life
-Lead user research activities and translate findings into design solutions
-Develop prototypes for user testing and iterate based on feedback
-Ensure designs are implemented flawlessly across multiple platforms

Key Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience in UX design
-Proven ability to design user-centered experiences
-Strong understanding of user research methodologies
-Experience with prototyping and design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
-Experience designing for mobile apps
-A passion for healthcare and improving lives
Bonus points for:
-Experience with wearables and accessibility guidelines
-A bachelor’s degree in HCI, Design, or related field
-Knowledge of Agile methodologies
