About Faire

About the role
-Design user experiences for Faire’s marketplace platform
-Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
-Conduct user research to understand customer needs
-Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
-Write UX content for the platform
-Contribute to the design system and brand strategy
You’re the ideal candidate if you have:
-6+ years of experience designing digital products
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-A growth mindset and a willingness to learn
-A strong sense of humor
Bonus points if you have:
-Experience working in the retail industry
-Experience with user research and testing
