The Opportunity

Join our team as an AI Engineer and play a key role in developing innovative AI solutions for the Federal Government. You’ll work on projects that leverage Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and cutting-edge AI like Large Language Models and Generative AI.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement secure cloud solutions for AI on platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Lead the design of AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Analyze client needs and emerging AI trends to recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and deliver AI solutions.
• Participate in research and development to stay ahead of the curve.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• A bachelor’s degree in CS, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience building secure cloud solutions.
• 5+ years of experience using Python to solve real-world problems.
• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and generative AI.
• Proven knowledge of AI, NLP, and data science tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLTK).
• Strong understanding of data structures, software architecture, and cloud security.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps practices.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with federal compliance (FISMA, RMF, FedRAMP).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
