The Opportunity
The Senior UX Designer will play a vital role in designing exceptional user experiences for 3Cloud’s clients. You will work closely with clients, developers, and other team members to understand user needs, conduct research, and develop user-friendly and visually appealing solutions.
Responsibilities
-Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing) to understand user pain points and opportunities
-Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and information architectures
-Design user interfaces (wireframes, mockups) that meet client and user goals
-Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible for implementation
-Communicate design ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
-5+ years of UX design experience
-Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies
-Experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, and InVision (a plus)
-Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus)
