The Opportunity
Tremendous is seeking a talented Brand Designer to join their growing team. As the sole Brand Designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints, from the website and social media to marketing materials and events.
Responsibilities
-Develop and implement a scalable brand design system
-Lead brand design initiatives, collaborating with marketing and design leadership
-Create high-quality design assets for various digital and print formats
-Partner with contractors and agencies to manage design workload
-Provide clear communication and solicit feedback from various stakeholders
-Ensure a deep understanding of Tremendous’ product to effectively tell the brand story
Qualifications
-7+ years of experience building visual brands for tech companies
-2+ years of experience as a brand designer in a startup environment
-Strong portfolio showcasing diverse brand design projects
-Excellent project management skills, seeing projects through from start to finish
-Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
-A data-driven approach to design, prioritizing user needs and business goals
-Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
-Solid understanding of design principles and current web technologies
Bonus Points
-Illustration and animation skills
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or related field)
