Senior Lead UX Strategy & Design

About Majesco

Majesco is a leading provider of insurance software solutions, offering a positive and inclusive work environment with a fully-remote option. They’re looking for a Senior Lead UX Strategy & Design professional to join their team and drive user experience excellence across their digital products.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for designing information architecture, leading UX projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and measuring the results of user experiences for all Majesco’s digital offerings.

Responsibilities

-Design information architecture for B2B software, including sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design documentation.
-Champion innovative UX techniques and methodologies.
-Ensure optimal usability across all designs, including UI elements, layouts, and navigation.
-Partner with the UX research team to gather and analyze data.
-Track and report on user experience KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure success.
-Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other teams on product roadmaps, user stories, technical feasibility, and design standards.
-Ensure designs are accessible (e.g., WCAG compliant).
-Partner with brand and development teams to standardize the user experience across platforms.
-Manage risks, issues, and escalations to ensure on-time project delivery.
-Mentor junior UX staff.

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

-7-10 years of experience leading UX strategy, design, research, and data analysis.
-Proven experience designing B2B SaaS/PaaS user experiences.
-A track record of using data and research to drive innovative UX design.
-Strong analytical and communication skills.
-The ability to think creatively and solve problems.
-Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
-Collaboration skills to thrive in a cross-functional team setting.
-Leadership and mentoring experience.
-Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG).

Bonus points for:

-Human Factors International (HFI) certifications (CUA or CXA) and SAFe certifications.
-Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
