In this role, you’ll play a key role in crafting compelling visual content that promotes mental health awareness and drives results for our marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
-Be a creative powerhouse, generating ideas and executing designs for various marketing materials across print, digital, email, and more.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.
-Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet deadlines.
-Stay ahead of the curve by testing new design formats and approaches.
-Partner with vendors to produce impactful creative assets for events and other initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who:
-Has 5+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced environment.
-Thinks strategically and understands how design can influence user behavior.
-Is a master of design software like Adobe Suite and Figma.
-Can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
-Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with cross-functional teams.
-Possesses a strong understanding of accessibility guidelines.
