Goldbelt Taku, a leader in healthcare delivery solutions, is searching for a talented UX Designer to join their team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and developing innovative automation solutions that streamline healthcare operations for their clients across various sectors.
What You’ll Do:
-Design and build custom automation systems to meet specific client needs.
-Leverage your expertise in UX principles to design user-friendly interfaces for these systems.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, developers) to ensure seamless integration.
-Conduct user research and testing to optimize the effectiveness of your designs.
-Stay updated on the latest automation technologies and industry trends.
We’re looking for someone with:
-5+ years of UX design experience with a focus on user research and prototyping.
-Strong understanding of usability principles and best practices.
-Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
-Solid knowledge of coding and development processes (C#, JavaScript, SQL).
-Experience working in an agile environment and with full-stack development.
-A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-US citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Tier-3 security clearance.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HCI, Information Design, etc.)
-5+ years of experience in user research
-5+ years of experience developing C#/.NET solutions (with DoD/Federal project experience)
-US Citizenship and DoD Tier-3 security clearance eligibility
Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000 per year
