EnerSys Product Manager: Lead Cutting-Edge Battery Solutions (Reading, PA & Remote Options)

You’ll be a superstar product manager, leading the charge on new and existing battery solutions. Imagine developing innovative products that power businesses worldwide!
In this role, you’ll:
- Manage the entire product lifecycle: from concept to launch and beyond.
- Partner with sales and engineering to bring products to market and exceed customer needs.
- Collaborate on product roadmaps and ensure your solutions stay competitive.
- Develop all product documentation, including launch plans and training materials.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional products on time and within budget.
- Support field teams with product training and troubleshooting.
Bonus points if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of product management, life cycle, or marketing experience.
- Experience in one or more industries: telecom, data center, utility, UPS, etc.
- A willingness to travel 20-30%.
