What You’ll Do:

• Lead development of CRM systems, member directories, and other cool tech tools.
• Design & optimize systems for maximum efficiency (including using WhatsApp!).
• Build a thriving online forum for the Realm community – think features for communication & listening.
• Enhance the website with a members-only area (think matchmaking tools!).
• Gather valuable insights from online communities (like Reddit!) to improve the experience.
• Create a concierge service powered by cutting-edge tech (think AI & community needs).
• Manage projects from ideation to launch – wireframing, development, the whole shebang!
• Identify & solve problems in systems and products – become a master troubleshooter!
• Collaborate with key stakeholders & cross-functional teams – communication is king!

You’re a great fit if you:

• Are a technical pro with modern programming languages & frameworks (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
