-Champion a scalable and accessible design system for all Marigold applications.
-Partner with engineers to bring your designs to life.
-Solve complex problems across applications, fostering a cohesive user experience.
-Clearly communicate design ideas throughout the entire process.

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

-A portfolio showcasing your product design skills for enterprise applications (especially Figma with advanced features and prototyping).
-3+ years of product design experience.
-Expertise in design systems.
-Experience managing multiple design projects using a human-centered approach.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus points for:

-Sketching, drawing, or motion design abilities.
-Multilingual fluency.
