Axelon Services Corporation is searching for a talented Senior UX Designer to join their team and reimagine the digital experiences used by their associates.
In this role, you’ll:
-Collaborate with a cross-functional product team to transform an existing digital experience, integrating multiple applications into one seamless platform.
-Design user experiences for B2B transactions, focusing on user needs and business goals.
-Work from concept to completion, devising solutions, prototyping, and ensuring designs are implemented as intended.
-Participate in all aspects of the design process, including user research, product strategy, visual design, and usability testing.
-Contribute to the company’s design system by creating new, scalable design solutions.
-Present design concepts, iterate based on feedback, and ensure clear communication of design intent.
You’re a perfect fit if you have:
-5+ years of experience designing responsive, data-driven websites for complex B2B programs.
-Proven experience designing, building, and shipping high-quality B2B products.
-A strong understanding of user experience (UX) fundamentals, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
-Expertise in UI/UX design, information architecture, visual design, and data visualization.
-The ability to identify alternative user scenarios and potential issues during the design process.
-Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and give/receive constructive feedback.
-Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, etc.) to achieve optimal solutions.
-Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
-The ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and work independently while taking direction.
Bonus points if you have:
-Experience working in a large corporation with a strong design system.
-Experience managing design systems or with service design.
-UI development skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
