Head of Product Design

FabFitFun, a leading subscription service delivering beauty and lifestyle products, is searching for a passionate and experienced Product Design Leader. In this role, you’ll play a key role in shaping FabFitFun’s future brand strategy and product vision, all while fostering a delightful user experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

-Championing Design Excellence: Represent design expertise across the company, influencing best practices and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
-Building a Scalable Design System: Develop and maintain a central design system library that empowers teams to create beautiful and cohesive user experiences.
-Driving User-Centered Design: Conduct user research to inform product roadmaps, define UX benchmarks, and ensure user needs are met at every step of the shopping journey.

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

-8+ years of experience designing interfaces for web, mobile web, and mobile apps, with a focus on e-commerce or subscription services.
-5+ years of experience leading and managing a design team (a plus).
-A strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, including user research, usability testing, visual design, and interaction design.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills to articulate design decisions, gather feedback, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Photoshop, with a solid grasp of responsive web design principles.
-Experience with research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative) is a plus.

Bonus points for:

-Experience leading design transformation in a fast-paced startup environment.
-Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript or experience with front-end CMS or A/B testing tools.
