The Opportunity:

Join our passionate team as a Product Manager, Digital Products. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our music apps, focusing on in-app monetization and building a thriving Fender ecosystem.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing creative monetization strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Optimizing the user journey to boost engagement and user retention.
• Shaping go-to-market strategies to ensure successful app feature launches.
• Championing the Fender brand experience within our apps, prioritizing features that add value for our users.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to bring your vision to life.
• Analyzing data to gain insights and inform product decisions.
• Leading the charge on innovative product thinking and exploring new features.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 4-7 years of experience creating successful digital commerce experiences.
• Experience launching mobile apps (iOS/Android) for the commerce industry.
• A strong understanding of e-commerce best practices (purchase funnels, monetization, AOV).
• Excellent design and user experience sensibilities.
• Experience working with React and Next.JS (a plus).
• The ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• A passion for music and a desire to empower musicians.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in the music or entertainment industry.
• Experience with Shopify (a huge plus).
