The Challenge:

Join our passionate team as a Technical Product Manager (TPM)! You’ll play a key role in translating our vision into reality.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Identifying customer needs and market trends to drive product development.
• Transforming our roadmap into detailed plans for our tech team.
• Ensuring our products meet business goals and customer requirements.
• Championing customer needs within Powin and securing buy-in from all departments.
• Staying ahead of the curve by researching new technologies and industry trends.
• Developing product specs and prototypes to illustrate your ideas.
• Collaborating with customers to understand and advocate for their technical needs.
• Leading tests and simulations to validate new product features.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• A background in engineering, computer science, or a similar technical field.
• A passion for clean energy and a desire to make a difference.
• 4-6 years of experience tackling complex technical challenges.
• Experience with software development processes and creating clear documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A fast-paced work style and a collaborative spirit.
• A thirst for knowledge and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Familiarity with the renewable energy industry (a plus).

Bonus points for:

• Experience with SCADA, PPC, EMS, and BMS systems.
• In-depth knowledge of power electronics.
• Experience with control systems related to power and energy.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or other programming languages.
• Expertise in lithium-ion batteries and grid-scale energy storage.
