Does Stackruit charge if we do not hire from Stackruit?
No, Stackruit only charges if you hire from Stackruit. If you don’t hire, you don’t need to pay.
How does Stackruit maintains the quality of the talent?
Stackruit talents are hand picked at first and then they go through the AI based assessment process, which is further reviewed by a tech expert before going through the talent partner’s (your) assessment
What if we want to discontinue using Stackruit Talent?
You can. If you hire a contractor, you can discontinue with a 14 days intimation / notice period. However, when you hire a fully managed talent, there’s a 3 months probation period, during which you can discontinue with 14 days notice, however post 3 months, there’s a 30 days intimation / notice period applicable. In direct hire, you can decide the terms with the talent directly.
Can I absorb a Fully Managed talent?
Yes. If you and the candidate both like to work together after completing 6 months.
How are you different from recruitment firms?
Traditional recruitment firms do not go beyond sourcing. We go 10 miles after the sourcing – from AI based assessment to screening by engineers and taking shared responsibility of talent’s performance
How much time does it take to hire from Stackruit?
It generally takes 10-14 days to hire from us.
Can you arrange talents based on our customised requirements?
If we don’t find the talent you are looking for in our talent pool. We utilise our network of recruiters and internal referrals to find the specific skills to provide the closest match India has to offer.

Who can join Stackruit?
Full Stack developers with an experience of more than 3 years can join Stackruit. We look after full stack experience only and do not consider front end and backend experience separately.
Is there a fee to join Stackruit?
No, there is no fee to join stackruit. But some of our partner companies do not hire developers on their own payroll, in that case we charge 10% Talent Management Cost (TMC) from the payroll, however we negotiate with the companies on your behalf to adjust our TMC. In return you get all the employment perks from Stackruit.
