The Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years of engineering experience with a passion for clean, human-readable code.
• Proven open-source contributor or maintainer with a portfolio of code samples.
• A knack for creating clear and engaging technical content (blogs, tutorials, etc.) for all skill levels.
• Experience building applications from scratch to production.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Bonus points if you have:

• 1+ year working in Web3/Blockchain.
• Public speaking, presentation, and video demo experience (share samples with your application!).
• A history of contributing to open-source communities and fostering collaboration.
