They’re looking for a talented UX Designer to join their team and design user-friendly experiences for their security products.

The Opportunity

This is a remote-friendly position where you’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to design intuitive interfaces for Aryaka’s security solutions. You’ll play a key role in understanding user needs, translating them into actionable designs, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

-Conduct user research to understand how different user types interact with Aryaka’s products
-Analyze research data to create user personas and journey maps
-Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate user interfaces and experiences
-Develop high-fidelity UI designs that are user-friendly and align with brand guidelines
-Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process
-Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making adjustments
-Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs
-Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and technologies

Qualifications

-10+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the tech or network security industry
-Familiarity with networking and security workflows or similar technical products
-Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
-Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
-Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Axure
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
