You’ll be responsible for:

-Designing, building, and maintaining interactive user interfaces using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
-Creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences that make complex AI technology accessible to everyone.
-Collaborating closely with backend engineers and designers to foster seamless human-AI interaction.
-Partnering with product managers to define, plan, and execute on innovative new AI products.
-Building efficient development tools and processes to accelerate progress.

We’re looking for someone with:

-Expertise in React and JavaScript/TypeScript development.
-A proven track record of building and shipping high-quality frontend applications.
-A strong understanding of software engineering principles for building robust and performant applications.
-A broad range of interests, including software development, design, and human psychology.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-A drive for excellence, a can-do attitude, and a collaborative spirit.
-The ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and communicate complex ideas effectively.
-Experience building applications from the ground up is a plus.

Bonus points for:

-4+ years of experience as a full-stack or frontend developer.
-Experience with product design (wireframing, UI/UX design, A/B testing).
-Experience working with AI tools and integrating AI into applications.
-Up-to-date knowledge of AI advancements and limitations.
-Experience leading large technical projects.
