The Role:
- You’ll lead the development of high-impact initiatives using machine learning, like revamping our advertiser matching process.
- Build predictive models to improve ad campaign performance and ROI for advertisers.
- Develop fraud detection systems to ensure data quality within the ad network.
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize features, fix bugs, and continuously improve our technology.
- Document your work and share your ideas to bring the best product to market.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning pipelines.
- Experience building ML models for ads, recommendations, or similar applications.
- Experience deploying models as a service (HTTP, RPC, IPC, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud analytics/ML services (SageMaker, Databricks, Snowflake, MLFlow, ClickHouse).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and email-related topics.
- Proven track record of building and leading successful ML teams.
- Experience working in a small, highly productive engineering team.
