About the Opportunity
This is a 5-month contract position for a Senior UX Designer to work in a hybrid environment (combination of remote and on-site work) in Pennington, NJ or New York, NY. You’ll be responsible for understanding user needs, designing user interfaces, conducting usability testing, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a positive user experience.
Responsibilities
-Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
-Create user personas to guide design decisions
-Design wireframes and prototypes
-Test designs for usability and make adjustments
-Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
-Ensure accessibility and inclusion for all users
-Stay up-to-date on UX design trends
-Analyze data to inform design improvements
-Advocate for user needs within the organization
Qualifications
-5+ years of UX Design experience at the enterprise level (required)
-Experience with Figma, Miro, and Figjam (preferred)
-Knowledge of infrastructure management systems (preferred)
-Understanding of system development lifecycles
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field (highly preferred)
Hourly Pay Range: $65 – $75
