BusPatrol, a leader in school bus safety solutions, is searching for a Senior UX Researcher to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll conduct user research (quantitative and qualitative) to help improve BusPatrol’s AI-powered safety products.

You’re a great fit if you have:
-5+ years of experience conducting UX research in a professional setting (not academia).
-Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
-Experience with statistical software (Excel, Tableau, SPSS, SAS).
-Experience with usability testing platforms, survey tools, and analytics platforms.
-Strong analytical and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
