Coalition is the world’s first Active Insurance provider, offering businesses proactive protection against digital threats. We’re looking for a skilled coder to join our underwriting team and help us build cutting-edge systems to assess and manage cyber risk.
What You’ll Do:
-Develop backend services using Python and/or Go
-Design systems that leverage business rules, statistics, and machine learning for underwriting
-Create tools to monitor system performance and identify issues
-Lead projects (independently or collaboratively) and work closely with stakeholders
You’re a great fit if you have:
-Experience with API and service development in Python and/or Go
-Skills to diagnose software errors using industry-standard tools
-Experience with cloud platforms like AWS
-Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools
-0-2+ years of relevant experience (internship or professional)
-A computer science or engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
