Compassion International is searching for a Sr. Product Designer to join their Innovation & New Products group. In this role, you’ll lead the design of a new product aimed at alleviating child poverty.

You’re a great fit if you have:
-8+ years of experience designing consumer tech products.
-A passion for user-centered design and creating lovable products.
-Experience working with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
-Experience designing for a global audience (a plus).
What you’ll do:
-Lead the design process for a new children’s product.
-Conduct user research and create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
-Develop design guidelines and best practices.
-Partner with engineering and product management to bring the product to life.
-Advocate for the needs of children throughout the design process.
