The Role
- Be a Senior Backend Engineer, tackling complex technical challenges and building the core systems that power Cortex.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems.
- You’ll play a key role in optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability of our platform.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience building backend applications (any modern programming language).
- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with modern data storage solutions (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, etc.).
- A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- The ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
