Director of Product Design

In this leadership role, you’ll guide the UX strategy for Smartsheet, mentor a talented design team, and collaborate across the company to create innovative solutions that empower users.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

-Setting the vision and direction for Smartsheet’s user experience
-Leading and coaching a team of UX designers, fostering their growth and development
-Establishing clear goals and metrics to measure the success of design decisions
-Building and refining UX processes, standards, and tools to ensure a smooth design workflow
-Partnering with product managers and engineers to bring exceptional features to life

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

-Over 12 years of experience in a cross-functional design leadership role
-At least 6 years of experience leading and mentoring UX teams (managing managers is a plus)
-Proven experience designing user experiences for enterprise SaaS platforms
-Strong visual design skills and expertise in design tools like Figma
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead and partner with various teams
-A deep passion for user experience and a drive to make a positive impact

Smartsheet offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

-A base salary ranging from $205,000 to $297,000 depending on your location
