Senior/Principal AI Product Designer

Divvy Homes, a leading innovator in homeownership solutions, is seeking a seasoned Senior/Principal Product Designer to join their team on a contract basis. In this exciting opportunity, you’ll play a key role in developing a revolutionary new software product that leverages generative AI to automate property management tasks at scale.

The Contract:

-Term: 4-8 weeks, with potential for extension
-Hourly Rate: $100-$120 per hour

About the Role:

-You’ll be responsible for designing and developing a comprehensive user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for Divvy’s new proptech product. This includes creating interfaces for various user types, from property management personnel interacting with customers to administrators overseeing the software’s functionalities.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

-8+ years of experience in product or UI/UX design, with a proven track record of designing user-friendly SaaS products.
-Expertise in Figma and other design and prototyping tools.
-A strong ability to solve problems based on first principles.
-A bias towards action and delivering concrete results to facilitate rapid product development.
-Excellent communication skills to clearly explain design decisions to diverse stakeholders (business, product, engineering).
-The ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently and managing tight deadlines.
-A deep understanding of user needs and the ability to translate them into intuitive and effective designs.
