The Opportunity
Ethos is seeking passionate designers to play a key role in shaping the future of their product. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to tackle interesting challenges, design innovative solutions, and advocate for the needs of their customers.
Responsibilities
-Vary depending on the specific role, but may include:Leading design strategy for a product area
-Managing stakeholder relationships across different teams
-Identifying opportunities for product growth
-Defining and building new features
-Collaborating with engineers and product managers on the development process
Qualifications
-3-5 years of experience designing products for direct-to-consumer businesses
-Strong understanding of the design process and when to adapt it
-Ability to work quickly while maintaining high-quality design standards
-A portfolio showcasing your design impact and leadership skills
-Proficiency in visual design, interaction design, and typography
-Ability to simplify complex ideas into user-friendly solutions
-Experience leading design projects from research to implementation
-A willingness to challenge assumptions and propose innovative solutions
-Prior experience in FinTech, HealthTech, or InsurTech (preferred)
