The Opportunity:
- Lead product strategy to optimize pricing for over 35,000 vacation rental homes across 10+ platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.).
- Develop and implement a suite of pricing tools, including our dynamic pricing algorithm (SmartRates).
- Partner with engineers, data scientists, and revenue managers to leverage cutting-edge technology for maximum impact.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead experiments and measure the performance of new pricing features.
- Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and guide decision-making.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- 8+ years of product management or related experience.
- 2+ years of experience in marketplace pricing or advertising.
- A proven track record of success in data analysis and using data to drive business results.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- A passion for innovation and a problem-solving mindset.

Compensation: $160,000 – $212,000 annual base salary + benefits package (including equity and travel credit).
