Fresh Realm Engineering is searching for a Senior Engineering Manager to join their growing team.

What you’ll do:
-Manage a team of engineers, including code reviews, mentoring, and performance management.
-Lead the development and execution of strategic engineering projects.
-Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify and solve business problems.
-Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
-Contribute to the overall technical vision and architecture of Fresh Realm’s software systems.
You’re a great fit if you have:
-7+ years of software engineering experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering management.
-Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and coaching others.
-Experience building and maintaining complex software systems.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-A deep understanding of Ruby on Rails and related web technologies.
Bonus points for:
-Experience with Fresh Realm’s technology stack (Ember, Kafka, gRPC, etc.).
-A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
