Here’s what you’ll do:

• Choose your path! Work alongside client teams (Team Augmentation) or on
• FullStack product teams (Design & Build).
• Design, develop, and test powerful machine learning algorithms and models.
• Dive deep into data to uncover hidden patterns and trends.
• Build and optimize models for real-world use cases.
• Document everything clearly so your knowledge is shared.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during development or deployment.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of experience as an AI/Machine Learning Engineer.
• Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java).
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GenAI).
• A knack for statistics and modeling.
• A college degree (Bachelor’s required).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• A keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
• The ability to connect with client goals and deliver exceptional results.
