The Opportunity

The Product Designer will play a key role in designing Hiro’s hosted development environment, the Hiro Platform. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create a user-friendly and intuitive experience for developers building on the Stacks blockchain.

Responsibilities

-Lead the design of the Hiro Platform
-Collaborate with product managers on user research and product discovery
-Work with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and well-implemented
-Create and maintain a design system for Hiro products
-Contribute to the overall design culture at Hiro

Qualifications

-7+ years of experience designing UX/UI for tech or crypto startups
-Proven ability to lead the design process from start to finish
-Strong understanding of visual design and user experience best practices
-Familiarity with the developer mindset and technical concepts
-Experience working with front-end engineers and creating implementation-ready designs
