We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to play a key role in shaping our core platform.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the Charge: Own a significant portion of our platform and drive critical company-wide KPIs.
• Building Seamless Workflows: Partner with design, engineering, and machine learning teams to create connected workflows for homeowners, architects, contractors, and more.
• The Visionary: Define a clear vision for improving our platform and translate that vision into a prioritized roadmap.
• Master of Requirements: Gather technical needs from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of the “why” behind requests.
• Prioritization Pro: Make tough decisions about features, balancing business goals with user needs.
• Product Champion: Identify product gaps, conduct user research, and develop product specifications to guide development.

Are you a perfect fit?

• You have 7+ years of product management or product development experience.
• You’re a pro at managing cross-functional teams and projects (3+ years).
• You have a proven track record of launching successful customer-facing features in startups or corporations.
• You’re detail-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• You’re a data whiz who can analyze business impact and report on results.
• You’re a self-starter with a drive to exceed goals and manage multiple priorities.
• You can speak the language of engineers and gain their respect.
• You’re business-savvy and can explain complex initiatives to all levels of the organization.
• You thrive in ambiguous environments and can lead teams to deliver on time.
• Bonus points for experience in residential construction or applying AI/ML to solve real-world problems.
• Willingness to travel once a month for in-person meetings.
