- Oversee backend development using Ruby (Elixir a plus), APIs, deployments, and ensure high-quality software is delivered.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead with a passion for mentoring.
- Ruby pro (Elixir a plus) with an in-depth understanding of PostgreSQL and cloud platforms (Google Cloud).
- Experience with DevOps, JavaScript/TypeScript (React/React Native a plus), and GraphQL API development.
- Excellent communication, business acumen, and a user-centric mindset.
