You’re a perfect fit if you have:
-7+ years of experience in UX research, testing, and design systems.
-A strong understanding of front-end development and mobile-first design.
-Experience with design sprints, Figma, and Atomic Design principles.
-A keen eye for detail and a focus on user-centered design.
-The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bonus points for:
-Experience with generative AI tools, healthcare staffing, and B2C design.
-A love for clear communication and collaboration in a remote setting.
